Does the technology exist to encode speech, transmit it via microwaves, and have it be heard INSIDE the human skull?
That question is answered in the documentary short V2K: VOICE TO SKULL, which was produced , directed, and edited by Steven Scott Deichen as part of the Master of Fine Arts degree requirements at the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts.
V2K: VOICE TO SKULL was researched and shot over two years, across three states, and has been accused of both fostering "pseudo-science", and being responsible for "the continued deaths of ritual abuse victims".
The truth is indeed stranger than fiction, and the truth of this story is worthy of the genius paranoiac Philip K. Dick himself.
